Ingredients for Afghani omelette:
1 Potato,
1 Tomato,
1 Onion,
2 Green chilies
Salt (As required)
Black pepper, (As required)
Paprika powder, (As required)
Fresh coriander, (As required)
4 Eggs
Cooking oil
Method:
For making Shakshuka (Afghani omelette), fry the potato for 2 mints in a frying pan. Then add tomato, onion, salt & black pepper. Cover & cook for 5 mints on low flame. Then add some eggs on the top of material. Then cover & cook for 5 mints on very low flame.
Ingredients for Zeray wali Lassi:
Cumin seeds (Zeera) 1 tbsp.
½ Cup Yogurt (Dahi)
Ice cubes
Water
Salt
Method:
First of all fry the cumin seeds in a frying pan for only 5 seconds. Then grind them well. After grinding zeera (cumin seeds) add into the blender with salt and yogurt & blend it for 2 seconds. Then add water and ice cubes & blend for 5 seconds.
