SPICY SHRIMP AND OCTOPUS CURRY

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 kilo fresh shrimp
1/2 kilo pugita (octopus) or pusit (squid)
2 tbps. curry powder
1 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
2 pcs. red chilli, chop
1 pc. onion, slice
3 cloves garlic, chop
1 tsp. ginger, chop
1/4 butter
1/4 cup white wine
1 glass sprite
1/4 cup of water

note: you can also use any kind of shell as alternative.

1.Put the butter in a pan,until its melt.
2.Saute the ginger,garlic and onion,until its golden brown.
3.Add the shrimp,mix it and cover for 1 minute till its become red.
4.Add the salt, ground black pepper,curry powder and paprika.and mix.
5.Add the water,white wine and sprite.
6.Add the octopus or squid and the red chilli. (you can also use chilli powder)
7.Mix it and let it seamer for 5 minutes.
8.Put it in a bowl and serve.
