Smoked Bone In Pork Shoulder | Traeger Pulled Pork Recipe (EASY!) 2020
Whenever I need to make BBQ for a large group of people, Pulled Pork is the way to go. And the BEST cut of meat to use for pulled pork is the bone-in pork shoulder.
We’ll slow smoke our pork shoulder overnight, wrap it in pink butcher paper in the morning, then by lunch time we will be pulling some delicious smoked pulled pork.
BBQ Spice Rub
– Paprika, 1/2 C
– Brown Sugar/Stevia Brown Sugar, 1/4 C
– Garlic Powder, 2 Tbsp
– Onion Powder, 2 Tbsp
– Chilli Powder, 1 Tbsp
– Cumin, 1 Tbsp
– Cayenne, 2 Tsp
– Salt, 1 Tbsp
– Pepper, 1 Tbsp
