* Flattened rice / Poha (1 cup)
* Wheat flour (1 cup)
* Chickpea flour (2 tablespoons)
* Fresh fenugreek / methi leaves (1/2 cup)
* Fresh coriander leaves
* ginger, garlic & green chilli past – freshly crushed (1 tablespoon)
* Yogurt (2 tablespoons)
* Cooking oil (1-2 tablespoons)
* Sesame seeds (1 tablespoons)
* Carom seeds / Ajwain (half teaspoon)
* Asafoetida / Hing (half teaspoon)
* Cumin seeds / Jeera (half teaspoon)
* Turmeric powder (half tablespoon)
* Paprika / Chilli powder (half tablespoon)
* Coriander, Cumin seeds powder (half teaspoon)
* Fennel seeds (half teaspoon)
* Sugar (1 teaspoon)
* Salt to taste
