Просто и невероятно вкусно!

Ингредиенты на 3 баночки по 680 мл.:
Вес очищенных овощей.
сладкий перец – 1200 гр.
морковь – 450 гр.
помидоры – 600 гр.
лук – 270 гр.
уксус 9% – 75 мл.
перец чили молотый (хлопья) –
чеснок – 50 гр.
сахар – 1 ст.л. с горкой
соль – 1 ч.л. с горкой
растительное масло – 100 мл.

1.Обжарить лук и морковь 5-7 минут на среднем огне.
2.Сладкий перец 5-7 минут.
3.Помидоры измельчить блендером или другим способом. Обжаривать 7-9 минут.
4.Добавить все специи, прогреть 2-3 минуты.
5.В конце влить уксус, прогреть 1-2 минуту.
6.Разложить в стерилизованные банки, закрыть стерилизованными крышками. Банки перевернуть, накрыть полотенцем и оставить до полного остывания.

Ingredients for 3 680 ml jars.:
Weight of peeled vegetables.
sweet pepper-1200 gr.
carrots-450 gr.
tomatoes-600 gr.
onion-270 gr.
vinegar 9% – 75 ml.
ground chili pepper (flakes) –
garlic-50 gr.
sugar-1 tbsp with a slide
salt-1 tsp with a slide
vegetable oil-100 ml.

1. Fry the onion and carrot for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
2. Sweet pepper 5-7 minutes.
3. chop Tomatoes with a blender or other method. Fry for 7-9 minutes.
4. Add all the spices and warm for 2-3 minutes.
5. at the end, pour in the vinegar, warm it for 1-2 minutes.
6. Spread out in sterilized jars, close with sterilized lids. Turn the jars over, cover with a towel and leave to cool completely.

2.Tatlı biber 5-7 dakika.
3.Domatesleri bir Blender veya başka bir şekilde doğrayın. 7-9 dakika kızartın.
4.Tüm baharatları ekleyin, 2-3 dakika ısıtın.
5.Sonunda sirke dökün, 1-2 dakika ısıtın.
6.Steril kavanozlara koyun, steril kapaklarla kapatın. Kavanozları çevirin, bir havluyla örtün ve tamamen soğuyana kadar bırakın.
