This easy to make grilled garlic chicken is tender, juicy and flavourful. You can serve this as a healthy main course. Kids will love them. Ingredients:
Grilled Chicken:
-5 cloves of garlic minced
-1 tsp of Smoked Paprika
-1 tsp of Oregano
-½ tsp of Thyme
-½ tsp of Pepper powder
-Salt as per taste
-Juice of 1 lemon
-1 tbsp of olive oil
-Chicken thighs
-Fresh dill for garnishing
Dip Sauce:
-2 tbsp of mayonnaise
-3 tbsp of yogurt
-1 tbsp of caesar sauce
-Salt and pepper as per taste
-Chopped dill
Green Caesar Salad;
-Romaine lettuce
-Cubed cucumber
-Green grapes sliced in half (lengthwise)
-Blueberries
