I hope you are craving rice, seafood, and something spicy. Attempt these recipes at home and enjoy a delicious meal with your family. I love to combine two of my favorite foods to make this flavorful dish. The rice alone is going to be a hit but do not skip on the salsa because it just adds a little something. Rice Ingredients
2 Cups of Rice
4 Cups of Water
1 Green Bell Pepper
1/2 of an Onion
1 Celery stick
1 1/2 cups of frozen peas and carrots
1 TBSP of butter
2 packets of Sazon Goya con Azafran
1 tsp of Chicken Bullion
Salt to taste if necessary
– 1 pound of shrimp season with pepper, salt, and paprika
Salsa Ingredients
3 Large Roma Tomatoes
2 Habanero Peppers
1 Garlic Clove
1/8 of an Onion
