Recipe:

1 Carrot
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Red Onion
1 Lime
3 Spring Onions
(1 Chilli)
1-2cm Ginger
2 Garlic Cloves

125gr Rice Noodles
Block of Firm Tofu (smoked)
4 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Sauce: 2 tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar, 2 tbsp Tamarind Paste, 1 tsp Sriracha, 1.5 tbsp Brown Sugar, 1 tsp Smoked Paprika, 1/2 tsp of Cayenne Pepper

Optional Toppings: Roasted Peanut, Beansprouts, Lime Wedges, Chilli Flakes, Cilantro
