Today’s recipe is a quick and easy way to enjoy this restaurant-style delicacy right in the comfort of your homes! It is so easy to prepare and involves a simple trick at the end to give it that smokey taste!
For this recipe, you will need:
*Skinless Chicken (2 drumsticks, 2 thighs, 2 breasts, 2 wings)
*3/4 cup of Greek yogurt
*1 tsp Tumeric powder
*1 tsp cayenne pepper
*1 tsp curry powder
*1 tsp smoked paprika
*1 tbsp minced ginger
*1 tbsp minced garlic
*2 tsp salt
*2 tbsp butter
*2 tbsp oil
* 1 Small Charcoal
Serve with:
*Fresh Coriander leaves
*Onion slices
*Lemon Quarters
