This recipe is a copycat Nando’s Peri Peri Chicken 🐔 Presented By Khan’s Kitchenette 👩‍🍳

This recipe yields 8-9 leg pieces, if you want to make less (4-5) then divide the ingredients.

Ingredients:
For Marinade:
▪️Chicken Leg Pieces With Skin 2 KG
▪️1 Large Red Onion
▪️Red Bell Peppers 2
▪️Yellow Bell Pepper 1
▪️Green Chillis 2
▪️Red Bird’s Eye Chillis 4-5
▪️Garlic Cloves 6-7
▪️Lemon Juice 2 Tablespoons
▪️Vinegar 1 Tablespoon (optional)
▪️Salt To Taste
▪️Olive Oil 2 Tablespoons
▪️Dry Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
▪️Dry Oregano 1 Teaspoon
▪️Yellow/Orange Food Colour 1 Teaspoon
▪️Smoked Paprika 1 Tablespoon
▪️Red Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoon

For Spicy Rice:
▪️Small Grain Rice 2-3 Cups
▪️Olive Oil 1 Cup
▪️Onion 1 Medium Sized
▪️Red Bird’s Eye Chillis 2
▪️Green Chilli 1
▪️Salt To Taste
▪️1 Large Tomato Puree
▪️Half Green Bell Pepper
▪️Half Red Bell Pepper Puree/diced
▪️Green Peas (optional)
▪️Paprika 1 Tablespoon
▪️Red Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoon
▪️Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoon
