Here’s a quick baked salmon recipe:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place salmon fillets on a baking pan. Season with olive oil, salt, onion powder, black pepper, lemon pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Put on broil for 2 minutes if you like the top to be crispy and burn.

Easy Brown Rice recipe-

In a rice cooker, take 1 cup brown rice in 2 cups water or broth. Add frozen or fresh diced carrots and peas. Add salt, pepper and 1 tsp olive oil. Rice should be done in 20 minutes in a rice cooker. You can also do it in a pan if preferred.

Salad
Cut cucumber, tomato and lettuce in diced. Add salt, pepper, sumac, olive oil and fresh lemon juice.

Enjoy your healthy baked Salmon with any side of your choice.
