– 1/2 tsp Mexican chipotle chili powder
– 2 tbsp pickled jalapenos, diced
– 2 tbsp pickled jalapeno juice
– salt and pepper to taste
MEXICAN RICE
– 2 tbsp oil
– 1 cup white long grain rice, washed
– 2 cups chicken broth, or water
– 4oz canned tomato sauce
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– tsp tomato bouillon
– 1 tsp chili powder
– 1 jalapeno, snipped (make x cut)
– salt and pepper to taste
REFRIED BEANS
– 2 tbsp oil
– 1 small white onion, diced
– 1 jalapeno, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 28oz can pinto beans, drained
– 1/2 tsp Mexican chipotle chili powder
– 1/2 tsp cumin
– 1/2 tsp dried oregano
– salt and pepper to taste
