This is just one of my simple chicken nugget recipes. It will always produce you juicy tender chicken nuggets. You can cook for longer to make extra crispy. I intend to bring more chicken nugget recipes so that you can replicate your favorite chicken nugget. So stay tuned for that. I also introduce my baby whisk which my wife makes fun of me for. I keep telling her its not always about size.
Ingredients:
3 lbs of chicken breast
1 small onion sliced
2 slices of lemon
1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of salt
6 cloves of garlic crushed
3 cups of flour
2 eggs
Directions:
Cut your chicken breast into chunks or strips. whichever you prefer. Put them in a sealable container. Add your onion, lemon, paprika, black pepper, salt, and garlic. Fill the contain up with water to submerge the chicken and then seal. Place in a fridge for overnight. When your ready to cook your chicken nuggets, start off by cracking 2 eggs in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon of flour to your eggs. Whisk together. Now this will look a bit lumpy but its ok. Now you submerge the chicken in the egg. 3 cups of flour in a separate bowl. Take your nuggets out and coat them in flour. Once done toss the chicken nuggets in the deep frier. Cook until golden brown. A good indicator that the chicken is cooked is that chicken will have a tendency to float when its cooked. Cool your cooked chicken nuggets on a plate with a paper towel, then serve.
