The peppers used in this video and the peppers used to make smoked paprika are the same things here.
The color is all about the ripped timing of the pepper. The thing to remember here is don’t use green bell pepper they are not sweet enough for smoked Paprika.
Im sure it has a taste for something somewhere
but red bell peppers are as sweet as they get.
