Bisi bele baath is easy and wholesome healthy one pot meal that is really delicious and simple to make at home. I am sharing my healthy version of this recipe by using brown rice and some healthy veggies. This instant pot recipe is very delicious and gets ready in less than 20 mins. Instant pot meals are time saving and very easy to make. I highly recommend this recipe when you want to enjoy healthy and wholesome Indian food at home.
The vegetables that I used in this recipe are:
Sweet potato 1/2 cup chopped
Carrot 1 medium chopped
Brinjals 2 small chopped
Green beans 1/2 cup chopped
Drumsticks 2
Other ingredients:
1/2 cup toor dal
1/2 cup moong dal
2 cups brown rice
Ginger garlic paste
Onions
Dry Red chilli
Bay leaf
Tomatoes
Spices:
Red chilli powder
Haldi powder
Asafoetida
Salt
Bisi- bele baath masala
