Recipe:

– 3,3 lbs/1,5 kilo minced beef and pork 50/50
– 3 raw eggs plus 3 boiled eggs
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– Thyme
– 1 tablespoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 lbs/450g bacon
– 3,5oz/100gr peas
– 2 carrots
– 3 pickled cucumbers
– Fresh parsley
– 5,3oz/150gr mozzarella cheese
– 1 handful of breadcrumbs
– 1/5 cup/50ml double cream
– Salt, pepper and smoked paprika

For the glaze:

– 1/3 cup/80ml ketchup
– 1 tablespoon mustard
– 1 tablespoon brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
