10oz. (300g) Maravilla (pearl pasta)
14oz. (400g) jar of cooked/prepared chickpeas
2 large potatoes, cubed
2 large on-vine tomatoes, grated, skin removed
1 large onion, diced fine
6 cloves of garlic, peeled, minced
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
½ teaspoon white pepper
2 liters of vegetable stock (store-bought or homemade)
¼ cup extra virgin olive
Handful of fresh parsley (for serving)
1 lemon (for serving)
