Ingredients:

For Sauted Vegetables:
Butter – 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic / Lasan
Red chilli flakes -1 tsp
Carrot – 1/3cup
Baby corn – 1/3 cup
Green Zucchini – 1/3 cup
Yellow Zucchini – 1/3 cup
Green Capsicum – 1/3 cup
Red Capsicum – 1/3 cup
Yellow Capsicum – 1/3 cup
Broccoli – 1/3 cup
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp

For Paprika sauce:
Butter – 2 tbsp
All purpose flour / Maida – 2 tbsp
Milk – 3 cups
Salt – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Paprika powder – 1 tsp
Nutmeg powder / Jaiphal powder – 1/4 tsp
Sauted Vegetables
Paneer cubes – 1/3 cup

For Palak / Spinach paste:
Spinach / Palak – 2 bunch
Mint leaves / Pudina
Coriander
Green chilli – 2
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Ice cubes

For Palak / Spinach Rice:
Butter – 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic
Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Palak / Spinach paste
Salt – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Cooked Basmati Rice – 2 cups
