INGREDIENTS

500g fresh salmon

MARINADE

1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 Tsp sugar
1 1/2 tbs olive
1 medium whole lemon zest

1 1/2 tbsp olive oil for frying

2 tsp flour
1/2 tsp black peppercorn
1/2 tsp veggie stock powder
1/8 Tsp sugar
300ml milk
2 tbsp white wine
30g butter
2 small fresh garlic
Baby spinach a handful
5 cherry tomatoes
Salt
