Eine leckere & deftige Gulaschsuppe selber machen. || How to cook a delicious & hearty Goulash Soup.

Für das Rezept benötigen Wir folgende Zutaten || For the recipe we need the following ingredients:

Zutaten für 4 Personen: || Ingredients for 4 servings:

•500 Gramm Rindergulasch || 500 grams of beef goulash
•400 Gramm Kartoffeln (mehlig kochend) || 500 grams of potatoes (floury)
•2 – 3 Paprikaschoten || 2 – 3 bell peppers
•2 – 3 grosse Zwiebeln || 2 – 3 large onions
•1 – 2 Knoblauchzehen || 1 – 2 cloves of garlic
•2 Esslöffel Paprikapulver (edelsüß) || 2 tablespoons of paprika powder (noble sweet)
•2 – 3 Esslöffel Tomatenmark || 2 – 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
•200 milliliter Rotwein || 200 milliliters of red wine
•500 Milliliter Rinderfond || 500 milliliters of beef stock
•1,5 Liter Gemüsebrühe || 1,5 liters of vegetable stock
•2 Esslöffel Mehl || 2 tablespoons of flour
•Je 1 Teelöffel Majoran & Thymian || 1 teaspoon of majoran & thyme
•½ Teelöffel Kumin || ½ teaspoon of cumin
•2 Lorbeerblätter || 2 bay leafs
•1 Esslöffel Sambal Oelek || 1 tablespoon of sambal oelek
•1 Bio Zitrone || 1 organic lemon
•Salz & Pfeffer || Salt & pepper
