Simple and Easy Roasted Chicken || Juicy Roasted Chicken || One Pan Roasted Chicken
Ingredients for Roasted Chicken
Whole Chicken – 1.3 kg
Olive Oil – ¼ cup
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Oregano – 1 tsp
Pepper Crushed – 1 tbsp
Paprika – 1 tbsp
Garlic Powder – 1 tbsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Rosemary – 2 spring
Lemon – 1 (Quartered)
Potatoes – 6 (small)
Salt to taste
Direction:
• Take a whole chicken with skin. Remove any excess fat pat the outside dry.
• In a mixing bowl, pour olive oil, Vinegar, Oregano, Pepper Crushed, Paprika, Garlic Powder & honey and mix well.
• Apply this marinade with all over the chicken
• Stuff with lemon and rosemary
• Tie the legs together with kitchen string or aluminum foil. Toss the potatoes with remaining marinade.
• Place the chicken in a baking tray spread along with the potatoes
• Tuck the wing tips under the body of the chicken
• Bake at 180oC for 50-60 minutes
• Serve Hot
