What attracts you in a good Chinese Stir-Fry dish? Is it the variety of bright and colourful vegetables? The tasty thick sauce? Chilli – Garlic Sauce is a great example of what a delish stir – fry should look like…
It’s a quick stir-fry dish consisting of these following things-
Sauce-
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp Garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp Paprika/ Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Red Chilli sauce
1 tsp Brown Sugar/ Honey
Stir-fry Veggies-
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 Cup Mixed Bell peppers, cubed
1/2 Cup Carrot, julienne
1/2 Cup Baby corn, medium chopped
1/2 Cup, Broccoli florets
(You can add your choice of Veggies)
Salt to taste
Chilli Garlic with veggies-
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
1 Green Chilli, chopped
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 Onion, petals
Add the sauce mixture
Lil Water
1 tbsp Corn flour+1/4th Cup water
Veggies
salt and pepper to taste
Garnish with some chopped spring onion greens and sesame seeds
Enjoy with a bowl of rice or noodles 🙂
