The season of family reunions and get togethers is here. The celebration may not be the same this year but the reason for the season is definitely the same. Love, care and gratitude for family and friends.

Let us all be grateful that we are still able to see and talk to each other. Let us remind ourselves that love and care can be felt even if we are thousand miles apart.

Soo I created this very special Vegan Queso. Perfect to munch on while waiting for grandma to figure out how to join the zoom meeting and witnessing uncle Rey learn the mute button that he can use so the kids do not hear him shouting profanities left and right lol!

Please enjoy this recipe together with your friends and family. Happy holidays!!

From my kitchen to yours much light and love,

Chef Cynthia
