Auntie Saniye is sharing a different type of borek recipe today. As an alternative to plain potatoes, cheese or spinach; today’s pastry has a combination of a delicious red pepper and potato filling. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
For the dough:
Some salt
1 tablespoon of oil
Some water
For the filling:
3 potatoes
2 paprikas
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Half a teaspoon of cumin
Half a teaspoon of dried mint
