Seitan Beef wellington,
ingredients:
Wet.
1 Tin chickpeas (drained)
2 Small beetroot
3/4cup Broth (oxo cube and tsp of marmite)
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Garlic cloves
1.5 Tbsp liquid smoke
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
Dry.
2 cups Vital wheat gluten (VWG)
1/4 Nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp Salt
1.5 tsp Smoked paprika
1 tsp Cumin
Pre-rolled puff pastry from the supermarket
3 cups of stuffing mix rehydrated with 1.5-2 cups of water.
