Going gluten free can be overwhelming, especially as a busy parent. I developed this super easy #GLUTENFREERECIPE for those days when I need a hot and nutritious meal but I am short on time. ENJOY!

SLOWCOOKER GLUTENFREE BEEF CHILI

1 1-1 1/2 lb package ground beef
1 can corn
1 can beans (kidney or bean mix work well)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small can green chilies
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
2 TBS gluten free Corn meal
1/3 cup diced onion/or 1 tsp onion powder
2 Garlic cloves minced or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1-2 TBS chili powder (gluten free)
2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
oil
Instant Pot or Dutch oven method
Sauté onion in oil until soft. Add garlic and stir. Add Ground beef and mix to break up meat. Brown meat but DO NOT cook through. turn down heat (off for instant pot) Add cornmeal, all spices, Worcestershire sauce and mix. Add ALL canned items and stir to combine. Place lid on (venting for instant pot).
Dutch oven: simmer on lower heat for 20-25 minutes and meat is cooked through.
Instant pot: set to slow cook for 6 hours and keep warm setting on.

TRUE CROCKPOT/SLOW COOK DUMP AND GO. Add ALL ingredients. Mix to combine. Set Slow cooker to 7 hours. Enjoy!
