How To Make Panko Fried Shrimp 🍤 Crispy Crunchy Goodness Quick and easy

20-24 frozen shrimp , peeled deveined ,tail on
thaw under running tap water, takes 20-30 mins to fully thaw
1 cup panko bread crumbs(Japanese bread crumbs, these lighter and crunchier) , season with salt to taste & some pepper
2 eggs lightly beaten, season with S&P
1/2 cup all purpose flour, season with S&P, smoked paprika, Ceyenne pepper for heat and some garlic powder
seasoning all the ingredients, gives the shrimp a great taste
heat olive oil , on med heat (feel free to use ur choice of oil for frying , peanut, vegetable oil ..)
first, coat shrimp with seasoned flour, shake off excess, then dip in egg, then coat with panko bread crumbs
gently drop in heated oil, fry each side for 2 mins, dont over cook
once nice and golden brown, remove from oil and drain on a paper towel
serve with fresh lemon wedges and choice of dipping sauce
you can also top salad with fried shrimp
