Moqueca is a Brazilian dish. It is a fish stew cooked in coconut milk with a Dende oil. Dende oil came from red palm tree that make the moqueca recipe special but we don’t have a dende oil I used chili oil, peanut oil.You can used any kind of fish.For a Filipino version the stew cooked in red onion, tomatoes, ginger, chili pepper, annatto powder, paprika powder, pimiento power, coconut milk. Pair it with tomato salsa.
