📖 Authentic Vegan Goulash Recipe 📖
Ingredients (serves: 5)
Onions (3)
Garlic (4 cloves)
Tomatoes (750 g)
Red bell pepper (2)
Yellow bell pepper (1)

Paprika powder (3 tbsp)

Chili powder (to taste)
Water (6 ½ cups/ 1,5 l)
Side dish: rice
Kitchen equipment you need:

Directions:
1. Very finely chop the tomatoes, bell peppers and garlic (using a sharp knife or a food processor).
2. Place all ingredients in a big pot, cover and simmer on low heat for 2-3 hours.
3. Serve with rice.
Enjoy!
The veggies really should be chopped very finely for the best flavour and perfect consistency.
Don’t use green bell peppers for this recipe because their taste is a little too bitter. Red ones are the sweetest.
Caraway has a very intense flavour, so don’t use too much!
The longer you simmer the goulash, the more intense the flavour gets!
