Salaam everyone!
We were asked by our friends to make an easy recipe using an Instapot and I had a piece of Halal blade roast in the fridge so I decided to blend the two together. I had no idea what we were going after but things quickly panned out well and we came up with our innovation to make this an ever so successful food experience.

Cut of meat:
– 1.5 lbs – Blade Roast

Rub
– 1 TBSP – Salt
– 1 – Chilli flakes
– 1 TBSP – Onion
– 1/2 TBSP – Garlic
– 1/2 TBSP – Black Pepper
– 1/2 TBSP – Cumin
– 1 TBSP – Paprika
– 1/4 TBSP – Red chilli
