STREET STYLE CHICKEN FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS
• Boneless chicken – 250 grams (cut into 1 inch thin strips)
• Cooked rice – 4 cups
• Salt to taste 3/4 Teaspoon
• Paprika powder 1/2 Teaspoon
• Biryani masala powder 1/2 Teaspoon
• Garam masala powder 1/4 Teaspoon
• Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
• Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
• Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
• Eggs 3 nos.
• salt to taste 1/4 Teaspoon
• Onion -2 (Sliced)
• Soy sauce – 1 Tablespoon
• Maggi seasoning sauce 1/4 Teaspoon
• Shredded cabbage 1.5 cups
• Green Capsicum 1/2 (chopped)
• Red Capsicum 1/2 (chopped)
• Pepper powder 1/2 Teaspoon
• Knorr seasoning powder 1.5 Teaspoon
Method:
1) Firstly add salt, paprika powder, biryani masala powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, and chili powder to the chicken. Mix well and keep aside.
2) Heat the pan and add oil. Scramble eggs and keep aside.
3) Add onion to the pan, fry for 3 minutes on medium flame till slightly brown.
4) Add in marinated chicken pieces, stir fry 5 minutes on high heat.
5) Add in soy sauce, seasoning sauce, shredded cabbage, green capsicum, red capsicum, pepper powder, and seasoning powder,
6) Mix well and still fry 1 minute on high heat.
7) Lastly add cooked rice and scrambled egg. Mix well and fry for 2 minutes on high flame. Yummy chicken fried rice is ready to serve.
