Spring Roll Recipe | How To Make Spring Roll | Easy And Quick Recipe | Veg Spring Roll |Food Savours
Ingredients:
– Roll Patti
– Onions
– Cabbage
– Tomatoes
– Potatoes
– Chicken (Boneless)
– Paprika
– Green Chili
– Lemon
– Red Chili Powder
– Turmeric Powder
– Salt
– Coriander Powder
Direction:
1. In a frying pan, add oil and fry the chicken cubes properly and when fried, set it aside in a large frypan.
2. Fry the long chopped onions and when fried, set it aside in a large frypan.
3. Fry the long chopped cabbage and when fried, set it aside in a large frypan.
4. Fry the long chopped paprika and when fried, set it aside.
5. Fry the long chopped tomatoes slightly and cut green chili into it and when fried, set it aside as well in a large frypan.
6. Boil and peel the potatoes and cut it into long slices.
7. Mix all fried vegetables together in a large fry pan and cook slightly on low heat.
8. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, chili flakes and dry coriander leaves.
9. Squeeze lemon into the mixture.
10. Add pickle masala (optional).
11. Then to the fried vegetable mixture add the long chopped potatoes and mix everything together.
12. Fill the filling mixture into the spring roll pattis fry them in oil or freeze them for later.
13. Enjoy spring roll anytime!
