I decided to fill them with black beans and rice because both products give density and texture to the food, and at the same time are pleasantly light. INGREDIENTS:
1 onion
1 carrot
9 medium-sized bell peppers
1 cup rice (180 g)
16 oz can black beans(1 cup drained)(200 g)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp sweet paprika
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp dried dill
½ tsp black pepper
olive oil and butter
salt to taste
