My delicious crab cakes recipe is easy to make right at home with just a few simple ingredients with a homemade remoulade sauce to top it off! Check out the recipe below and give it a try.

Crab Cake Ingredients:

1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons of Old Bay
2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
quarter cup of scallions
3 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
2 eggs
1 pound of lump crab meat (jumbo lump if possible)
1/2 cup of crushed oyster cracker crumbs couple dashes of hot sauce

Remoulade Sauce Ingredients:

2/3 cups of  mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt & pepper to taste
