I tried my followers recipes for a day!
Recipes:
Raisin Oat Proats
Ingredients:
40g Oats
30g Vanilla Protein
50g Mashed Banana
30g Sultanas (+ extra to top)
100g Greek Yogurt
50ml Almond Milk
1 tsp Cinnamon
Method:
1) combine all ingredients in a bowl until there are no lumps
2) leave in a sealed jar overnight
3) the next morning top with extra sultanas and enjoy!
Chicken and Pesto Ciabatta
Ingredients:
Ciabatta Rolls
Feta
Pesto
Chicken Breast
Peppers (I forgot this but the original recipe had it so)
Tomato
Basil
Method:
1) Fry chicken until brown then add the chopped peppers
2) Slice the ciabatta and place on a baking tray. Spread on pesto and top with chopped tomatoes and basil
3) Add chicken and peppers onto then crumble feta over
4) Bake at 180 for 10 minutes
Sweet Potato Tacos
Ingredients:
Sweet Potato
Pepper
Red Onion
Cherry Tomatoes
Jalapeño
Coriander
Tortillas
Cayenne
Chilli Powder
Paprika
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil
Avocado
Limes
Method:
1) Preheat the oven to 210 degrees. Cut sweet potato into wedges and coat with oil and seasonings. Place on baking tray in oven for 25 – 30 minutes
2) Quarter limes, dice the onion, slice the peppers thinly and dice tomato
3) cook the onion and pepper over a medium heat until softened
4) to make the salsa, coming the tomatoes, coriander, some of the diced onion, lime juice and salt and pepper
5) serve with warmed tortillas and topped with avocado and jalapeños
Single Serve Brownie
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Flour
1 Large Egg
1 1/2 tbsp Nutella
Method:
1) Preheat oven to 175 degrees
2) In a mixing bowl whisk together the Nutella and eggs until smooth and then mix in flour until combined
3) Pour batter into a single serve pan
4) Bake for 10 – 15 minutes
