Egg Muffin – Easy and Healthy Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients:
6 pcs whole eggs
1 medium size onion chopped
1 pc tomato chopped
1/2 pc carrot chopped
4 pcs button mushroom chopped
1/2 pc green bell pepper chopped
salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp Paprika
Olive oil for greasing
Cheddar cheese (Optional)
PROCEDURE:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl
2. Mix Well
3. Grease the muffin baking tray
4. Pour the egg mixture
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200deg F
