The measurements I used:

Chicken Seasoning: 1lb of chicken breasts/ tenders
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp sazon completa
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tbsp peppercorn medley
1 tbsp parsley

Shrimp Seasoning: 1lb of Shrimp
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp parsley

Sauce:
3 tbsp salted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
2 1/2 cups half and half
1 tsp sazon completa
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp parsley
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup colby jack cheese
2/4 cup 5 italian cheese blend
