Marinara sauce:
Tomatoes 8 large
Onion (slice)1
Garlic 3-4 pcs
Oil 1tbsp
Paprika powder
Salt to taste
Sugar 1tsp
White pepper 1/2tsp
Black pepper 1/2tsp
Oregano powder 1/4tsp
Thyme 1/4tsp
Paprika powder 1/2tsp

Lasagna sheets 1packet
Oil 1-2tbsp
Vinegar 1-2tbsp

White sauce:
Butter 4tbsp
Flour/maida 3tbsp
Chicken cube 2
Milk 700ml
Nutmeg powder 1/4tsp
White pepper to taste
Black pepper to taste
(If you don’t want to bake lasagna longer then make thick white sauce)
I make medium thick sauce and bake it till it thickens which is classic method of making lasagna

Mince:
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1tbsp
Beef mince 700gm (you can use chicken mince)
Marinara sauce 1cup
Tomato paste 2tbsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder/paprika powder 2tbsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Mushroom 1cup
Veggies of your choice 1cup (carrot, capsicum,onion)
