Prawns cleaning is super easy, and I have found a way to make this fun and mindful. I give thanks while cleaning and cooking, and almost to everything I see and do. When I feel gratitude all my chores seem less like chores and more like a peaceful rhythm of being in a happy place.
Hello, I am Mitchelle and an absolute FOODIE. I love home-cooked meals and enjoy cooking, baking, yoga, cleaning, music, dancing, reading, painting, and playing the keyboard. Unfortunately, I do not; make time for the latter two. And In the midst of all this, I have developed a new passion for gardening, I have been reading every day about kitchen gardens and am so glad to see I am not alone. There are a few who believe in eating nutritious organic home-grown food, and I would love to be a part of this club soon. As soon as I muster the courage to make my own organic compost. When I say, ‘muster the courage’, I really do mean ‘smell’ ‘worms’ ‘insects’. Of course, insects and worms (the helpful kind) are essential to gardening and farming. They play a critical part in the circle of life as well as help the plants. But, I am not too keen on seeing them roaming feeling within the walls or grounds of my home (nervous laugh). I would be happy to watch them play their part in the outdoor garden. So Yes, I must muster some courage to not kill them as soon as I see them.
