I hope you liked my EASY vegan high in PROTEIN chicken recipe !
The FULL recipe:
Dry ingredients:
-500 g Vital Wheat Gluten
-30 g Nutritional Yeast
-20g Chicken Spice MIX (Most of them are vegan just check the label)
-15g garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
-1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Wet Ingredients:
-500 ml hot water
-2 vegetable cubes ( 18g)
You can then Add any sos you like I used sweet teriyaki and sweet&sour SOS.
