احلى فراخ دي ولا ايه ؟؟
شوفوا الفيديو عشان تعرفوا سر اللون، و سر خلطة السلطة بتاعتي اللي بتدي طعم لذيذ😋😋

فرخة ١٠٠٠ جرام
التتبيلة:
٢ ملعقة زبادي
٢ ملعقة زيت زيتون
ملعقة من كل من:
بابريكا و كاجون
اوريجانو و ملح و فلفل
و معلقتين توابل الفراخ
نصف ملعقة ص بيكنج بودر
نخلط كله كويس جدا و نتبل الفرخة و نحطها ليلة في التلاجة…

ندخلها فرن بدرجة حرارة ٢٠٠° لمدة ساعة و نصف
لو الفرخة اكتر من كيلو هاتحتاج وقت اطول…

seasoning:

2 TBS yogurt
2 TBS olive oil
1 TSP OF
paprika, oregano
cajun spice
salt & pepper
2 TBS chicken spices
1/2 TSP baking powder

season it all in and out, Refrigerate over night for better results…
