Hello again friends, I wanted to share this recipe for how to fry fish, perfect every time, easy to follow and delicious. hope you try the recipe.

fish , Snapper, jack or fish of your choice
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 sprig thyme
2 garlic cloves
1-2 hot peppers (optional)
2 cups of oil for frying.
