Spices:
๐Ÿ‘‰1 tablespoon onion powder
๐Ÿ‘‰1 tablespoon garlic powder
๐Ÿ‘‰1-2 tablespoon chilli powder
๐Ÿ‘‰1 tablespoon ground cumin seeds
๐Ÿ‘‰1 teaspoon dried oregano
๐Ÿ‘‰1 teaspoon dried thyme
๐Ÿ‘‰1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

Rest of ingredients.:
๐Ÿ‘‰1 medium onion (diced)
๐Ÿ‘‰6 cloves garlic (minced)
๐Ÿ‘‰2 tablespoon tomato paste
๐Ÿ‘‰3 cans of 15oz each red kidney beans (drained & rinsed)
๐Ÿ‘‰11/3 cups beef broth or chicken broth (low sodium)
๐Ÿ‘‰1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
๐Ÿ‘‰1 tablespoon soy sauce
๐Ÿ‘‰1 can of 28oz crushed tomatoes
๐Ÿ‘‰1 bay leaves

๐Ÿ‘‰Garnish:
๐Ÿ‘‰Sour cream
๐Ÿ‘‰Jalapeno pepper (diced seeded)
๐Ÿ‘‰Cheddar cheese
๐Ÿ‘‰Avocado
๐Ÿ‘‰Parsley (chopped)

๐Ÿ‘‰2 tablespoon cornstarch
๐Ÿ‘‰2 tablespoon water
