#Juicy and Healthy Baked Chicken

What you need:

About 5 pcs. of chicken leg quarters – remove fats and slimy parts

Marinate with the following according to your preferred amount:

1. Olive oil
2. Salt
3. Pepper
4. Garlic Powder
5. Onion Powder
6. Thyme
7. Italian Herb Blend
8. Paprika
9. Cayenne

Cover with a cling wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more.

Heat a pan with very tiny amount of cooking oil, sear the chicken for 5 minutes each side to seal the juice in.

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes with foil, remove the foil and bake the chicken for another 15 minutes. Enjoy your tender and juicy chicken with any side dishes you prefer, it is also good with rice.
