Dry rub ingredients:
* 2 tbs smoked paprika
* 2 tbs monk fruit sweetener
* 2 tbs Himalayan salt
* 2 tbs garlic powder
* 1 tbs black pepper
* 1 tbs onion powder
* 1 tsp cumin
* 1 tsp chilli powder
* 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
First you’ll want to coat your brisket with the rub. Remember to placed your brisket fat side up in your roasting pan. Add a little bit of water and liquid smoke to your roasting pan. Cover your pan with foil and a lid if you have it. Once it’s ready place in the oven at 250°F. Cooking time varies on the size of your brisket. It is 1.5 hours for every pound of brisket. Mine was 2 pounds so I did three hours. Pull from the oven and allow 20 to 30 minutes of cooling time before slicing your brisket. Then enjoy!
