These Deviled Eggs are delicious! So full of flavor. Great with meals or as a meal/snack for low carb/keto eating.
I’ve never followed a written recipe for deviled eggs. I’ve just gone by taste and experimented until I found what tasted best.
Those pesky shells! I’ve tried every tip to get them off and this is the best I’ve found. Vinegar and sea salt. Regular vinegar works too.
No real recipe here. I used 3 or 4 tablespoons of mayo. About a tablespoon or 2 mustard. Regular yellow works too. For the topping: most recipes call for paprika to be used for looks only. I prefer smoked paprika for the flavor. I use Harissa for the same reason. I like to add pickle or caper brine/liquid, just a touch or the yolks will be soupy.
Pipe the yolks in or spoon into the whites.
