Viaje até à Turquia com este pão recheado, crocante por fora, macio por dentro, com recheios super típicos e saborosos!

4 pides (2 de carne, 2 de queijo)

Ingredientes:
Massa
– 125 ml de água morna
-1 colher de sopa de açúcar
-20 gr de fermento fresco de padeiro
-140 ml de leite
-6 colheres de sopa de azeite
-1 colher de sopa de sal
-600 gr de farinha de trigo

Recheio de carne:
-400 gr de carne picada
-1 cebola roxa
-2 dentes de alho
-1 colher de chá de sal
-1 colher de chá de cominhos
-1 colher de chá de paprika
-1/2 colher de chá de piri piri
-1 pitada de canela
-1 pimento verde
-3 colheres de sopa de molho de tomate

Recheio de queijo e ovo
-200 gr de queijo feta
-150 gr de queijo mozzarela
-1 pitada de sal e pimenta
-2 ovos (1 para cada pide)

Sementes de sésamo e salsa para decorar

-1 tablespoon of sugar
-20 gr fresh baker’s yeast
-140 ml of milk
-6 tablespoons of olive oil
-1 tablespoon of salt
-600 gr of wheat flour

Meat filling:
-400 gr of minced meat
-1 red onion
-2 garlic cloves
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1 teaspoon of cumin
-1 teaspoon of paprika
-1/2 teaspoon of piri piri
-1 pinch of cinnamon
-1 green pepper
-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce

Cheese and egg filling
-200 gr of feta cheese
-150 gr of mozzarella cheese
-1 pinch of salt and pepper
-2 eggs (1 for each pide)

Sesame seeds and parsley for garnish
