INGREDIENTS
235ml (1 cup) vegetable broth
Chinese cabbage
½ tsp salt
80g (2/3 cup) flour (all purpose)
1 egg
Oil
METHOD
Disassemble the cabbage into separate leaves.
Combine broth, salt, flour, and egg in a bowl. Dip the cabbage leaf into the batter so that it covers the entire leaf. Place this in a skillet with heated oil. Fry on both sides.
