Our family enjoys a good balance between completely plant based meals as well as some not-so healthy cravings. – Collard greens (4-5 cups)
– Diced yellow onions (1 small onion)
– Sliced red peppers (1/2 pepper)
– Sliced green peppers (1/2 pepper)
– Quinoa (1 cup washed and drained)
– Pecans (1 cup washed and boiled)
– Grapeseed Oil (1/2 cup)

– Hot Water (1 1/2 cup)

Spice Blend (Sweet Potatoes)

– Spanish smoked paprika (1 tbsp)
– Chili Powder (1 tbsp)
– Parsley (1 tbsp)
– Oregano (1 tbsp)
– Black pepper (1/2 tbsp)

Spice Blend (Collard Greens)

– Poultry Seasoning (1 tsp)
– Onion Powder (1 tsp)
– Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
– Red Pepper (1/4 tsp)

Wet Sauce Blend

– Worcestershire sauce (1 cup)
– Liquid Smoke (1 tsp)
– Liquid Aminos (1/4 cup)
