Ingredients: 2 lbs (1 kg) mutton; 1 cup water; 1 cinnamon stick; 1 teaspoon whole black pepper; 5 loang (cloves); 5 black cardamom (kali elaichi); ½ cup oil; 2 diced onions; 5 hari elaichi (green cardamom); ½ teaspoon saffron (optional); 2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic; 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger; 2 bay leaves; ½ cup yogurt; 1 teaspoon red chili powder; 2 tablespoons paprika powder; 1 ½ teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon dhanya (ground coriander seeds); 1 teaspoon zeera (ground cumin seeds).
